Look for the Signs of a Better Business Bureau Member.
Consumers can rest assured that when they find the signs of a BBB member they are dealing with a company that is proud to make a public statement about high ethical standards. A company that has demonstrated a commitment to customer service, who agrees to abide by the BBB Code of Ethics, who pre-commits to binding arbitration in case of a dispute, and who has a satisfactory customer complaint handling history- Look for the Membership Decal in the company’s window and the Membership Certificate in the office
