There are two sides to every story and two of the Bureau’s major roles are the resolution of business to consumer and business to business disputes. Publication of the following names is to provide information only. Those listed have failed to respond, as of this writing, to BBB efforts to resolve complaints during the period from February 25, 2007 to February 29, 2008. There may be instances where the company has taken care of the complaint and considered the matter closed, or the company may feel the complaint unjustified. However, if the BBB has not received a written response, our records cannot reveal either position. Please note that the companies listed are NOT members of this Better Business Bureau.
