The Better Business Bureau of Mainland B.C. serves all of British Columbia except Vancouver Island, the Peace River District and the Columbia Valley.
It is one of 150 Better Business Bureaus across the U.S. and Canada. We are a private, nonprofit, self-regulatory organization, dedicated to promoting fairness and honesty in the marketplace.
Our services are based on the belief that a business community committed to ethical business practices, coupled with an educated and informed public, is the key to an ethical marketplace. This website offers BBB members and the general public tools and information including the following:
